Design of ANCHEER 26″

The ANCHEER 26″ features modern 100% aluminum alloy frame making it ultra-lightweight and portable. It weighs only 44 lbs, so it very easy to carry it if needed. I must admit that I have expected to be more lazy. However, this is really cool. As a power source it uses 36V 12Ah lithium battery. This is removable battery and you can easily remove of the frame for recharging. Also, if you like better you can keep it on frame while charging, whatever suits you better.

The battery last for around 15 miles on full electric mode before it runs out. But, you can double the battery life if you use pedal assist mode. Also, be aware when you use full electric mode over rough terrains this maximum driving radius shortens to around 10 miles. Pedal assist mode has 3 settings, Low, Mid, and High. High setting is the best if you like your battery to last longer, also it requires more pedaling. Beside full electric and pedal assist mode you can use it as regular bike on only pedal mode. Shifting between modes is smooth and pleasant without unnecessary kick you might be experiencing at the competing models.

Brakes and Gear Shift System

The ANCHEER 26″ has mechanical brakes and they work just fine. You will need under 20 feet to full stop from full speed. When it comes to gear shift system ANCHEER uses Shimano brand (this is one of the best brands on the market) This particular model has professional 21 speed Shimano gear (three chainrings at the front and seven sprockets at the rear). As expected Shimano gear work excellent and there is no reported issues with it. The 21-speed gear provides plenty of gear range for any terrain. It is very handy when you ride in pedal only mode because it allows for an easy ride even on a steep hill.
